School will have a username and password
There will be a SIMS ID Administrator in school - they will add a SIMS ID on for new members of staff and then set up a SIMS user - linking the SIMS ID to that user.
If getting an error saying Server/run time error check that the school are going in through the above route not any kind of shortcut as this could cause issues.
If don't know Username and Password check with ESS and ask to reset as can lock that person out after multiple attempts
