Reports | Attendance / Lesson Monitor | Group Reports | Group Analysis by Vulnerability Report There is a column in the report that indicates if a student is defined as having, or not having, specific details/memberships, e.g. Yes or No could appear for English as Additional Language. However, Yes and No aren't appearing, all students are defined as blank.

Workaround

The report takes the last membership recorded for the student within the selected date range, and counts it in that figure. Therefore, if a student had an historical Yes for English as Additional Language which is now No, the report will display No. This is to prevent double counting. The report will display the last recorded memberships. For students where no membership has been recorded in the report date range then the report displays then as null.
